If you drive a car in Sindh that is on open letter, you may be in for some big trouble. From October 1, the provincial government has changed the rules and imposed a condition of biometric verification for the sale, purchase and transfer of cars.

So, if you're driving a car that is not registered in your name or that of a blood relative, not only can your vehicle be seized, you may also have to pay a hefty fine of PKR 30,000.
