Chaos in East London: Mahira Khan's troubling encounter

Pakistani superstar Mahira Khan found herself in a troubling situation while promoting her upcoming film, Love Guru, in East London.

The actress was seen trapped between her security detail and an increasingly aggressive crowd outside the Indo-Pak Supermarket in Ilford, where she and co-star Humayun Saeed had arrived to promote the film.

Multiple social media accounts have shared the now-viral video, which shows Mahira Khan visibly distressed as she attempts to enter the venue. Humayun Saeed—also present—appears unable to intervene amid the overwhelming crowd and inadequate security.

Several individuals in the video can be seen breaching personal boundaries, with some young men attempting to get too close to the actress. The visibly chaotic environment highlighted the organizers' failure to anticipate the turnout and ensure proper security measures.

It was later reported that despite the disruption, Mahira Khan and Humayun Saeed reached the rooftop terrace and greeted fans as scheduled.

Neither Mahira Khan nor Humayun Saeed has issued an official statement addressing the incident. However, actor and former co-star Mishi Khan criticized the situation in a separate video, calling out the lack of proper arrangements.
