One Homes, the UK-based real estate group behind Lahore's most expensive residential address, has announced a new $35 million investment in a luxury high-rise development, marking its next chapter in the city following the successful delivery of One Canal Road.
One Homes has acquired a prime parcel of land on Raiwind Road for its next landmark residential development in Lahore, following the successful handover of One Canal Road, the group's flagship project designed by internationally acclaimed Miami-based architect Kobi Karp and featuring finishings by Versace Ceramics.
The development set the highest residential pricing benchmark in the city's history, with a 10,000 sq ft sky villa currently listed at PKR 1 billion, the highest-priced penthouse ever offered in Pakistan.
Located within Lahore West, the site sits on Raiwind Road, one of the city's main arteries, connecting directly into the heart of Lahore. It lies 10 minutes from Canal Road and 10 minutes from the Lahore Ring Road, the 85-kilometre orbital highway linking every major zone of the city to the national motorway network. Few locations in Lahore offer this level of accessibility while remaining within an established residential corridor long favored by the city's most discerning families.
