Bluewaters set for major transformation with 1 billion AED development
Two new residential towers, retail outlets, and top-tier amenities are coming to Bluewaters, enhancing the luxury waterfront destination.
Bluewaters, one of Dubai’s trendiest waterfront spots, is getting a major makeover. Bluewaters Bay will bring two new residential towers to the island.
These towers will feature 678 apartments, including one-to-four-bedroom units and penthouses, all set to be completed by Q4 2027.

Meraas partners with China State Construction
Meraas, part of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has awarded the construction contract for Bluewaters Bay to China State Construction Engineering Corporation (Middle East).
This partnership marks a key milestone in the development of the project. With strong demand for the development, the 1 billion AED contract underscores the significance of Bluewaters Bay as a major addition to Dubai’s waterfront.
