A Pakistani court has declared 51 leaders and workers of the ruling Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz proclaimed offenders in a case linked to a 2019 rally for party leader Maryam Nawaz.
The court ordered their arrest and directed them to appear before it next month.

Faisalabad Magistrate (Section 30) Abdul Razaq issued the order on Wednesday, with attested copies becoming publicly available on Friday.
The case relates to a complaint filed by Factory Area police over alleged road blockades and vandalism during a rally held in Faisalabad on July 22, 2019, to mark Maryam Nawaz's arrival in the city.
Who are the PML-N leaders named in the case?
Those named include Federal Petroleum Minister Musadik Malik and Minister of State for Interior Talal Chaudhry, along with MNA Shahbaz Babar Gujjar and provincial lawmakers Rao Kashif Rahim and Jaffer Ali Hocha. Former lawmakers Akram Ansari, Mian Abdul Manan, Ijaz Virk and Mian Javed Latif are also among the accused.
What happens next in the case?
Following the declaration, the court issued permanent arrest warrants for all 51 accused. It directed the Factory Area police station house officer to ensure they are brought before the court on October 12.
