The Arab Hope Makers initiative is back, offering AED 1 million to support humanitarian projects that make a lasting impact.

Organized by the Mohammed bin Rashid Global Initiatives (MBRGI), the program celebrates individuals and organizations dedicated to charitable, social, and humanitarian work across the Arab world.

Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai, announced the fifth edition of the initiative on X (formerly Twitter).

In his message, he emphasized the importance of spreading optimism and recognizing those who inspire positive change across the region.

Nominations are now open through arabhopemakers.com, with the AED 1 million prize awarded to the winner to expand their efforts and continue uplifting communities.

Since its launch in 2017, the initiative has received over 300,000 nominations, highlighting remarkable efforts such as Tala Al Khalil’s work in Iraq, along with other finalists from Egypt, Morocco, and beyond. Projects have ranged from community service to youth empowerment, education, health, and humanitarian aid.
