The $315,350 (AED 1.16 million) relief shipment is set to aid over 50,000 people in the hardest-hit areas.

Dubai has dispatched a second humanitarian airlift to Afghanistan in less than a week, delivering urgent aid to communities devastated by a recent earthquake.
The initiative, organized by Dubai Humanitarian in coordination with the Global Humanitarian Impact Fund (GHIF), aims to provide swift relief to those in critical need, WAM reported.
The aircraft carrying 39.8 metric tons of essential supplies departed Dubai for Kabul on Sunday morning. The shipment includes tents and shelter kits, basic household items such as kitchen sets, and vital medicines.
Valued at more than $315,350 (approximately AED 1.16 million), the relief is expected to assist over 50,000 people in some of the hardest-hit areas.
This follows a previous airlift completed last Monday, which transported 84 metric tons of aid on behalf of four UN agencies.
Both missions highlight the UAE’s ongoing commitment, through Dubai and Dubai Humanitarian, to support international relief efforts and ensure timely assistance reaches earthquake-affected communities across Afghanistan.
