Lahore Fort, a timeless architectural wonder, is at the center of these efforts, captivating visitors with its rich history. Key projects include restoring the Akbari Gate, built by Emperor Akbar in 1566, and reopening it to the public after years of closure.
Another highlight is the Khilwat Khana, a historic chamber being restored to its former glory.
Soon, guided tours will offer a closer look at these treasures, reconnecting locals and tourists with Lahore’s vibrant past.
