Abu Dhabi's infrastructure summit is bringing together leading developers and investment bodies behind a $57 billion project agenda as ADIS 2026 opens May 12 at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi, running through May 14 under the theme "The Urban Evolution: Rethinking Cities, Redefining How We Live."

What is the Abu Dhabi Infrastructure Summit 2026?

The Abu Dhabi Infrastructure Summit 2026, or ADIS 2026, is a three-day international event focused on urban development, construction innovation and large-scale infrastructure delivery.

It runs May 12 to 14 at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi. The summit features more than 500 live projects worth $57 billion and brings together over 7,000 industry leaders and 100 speakers.

Which developers and partners have joined ADIS 2026?

The Abu Dhabi Projects and Infrastructure Centre announced a growing list of partners on Monday, citing the state-run WAM news agency. Partners joining the summit include Modon, Aldar, Bloom Holding, Abu Dhabi Housing Authority, Abu Dhabi Investment Office, LEAD Development, Reportage Properties and Etihad Rail.

According to ADPIC, the coalition reflects a shared commitment to large-scale infrastructure delivery and reinforces Abu Dhabi's position as a destination for global investment partners.

Senior executives from participating organizations are expected to speak at the summit and share experience in urban development, construction and infrastructure delivery.

What projects will be showcased at the summit?

Aldar said it will present projects focused on digital tools, artificial intelligence and smart construction methods, including Fahid Island, described as Abu Dhabi's first coastal wellness destination and the world's first Fitwel-certified island master plan.

Bloom Holding said it will showcase Bloom Living in Zayed City and Al Metlaa in Al Ain. Bloom Living is planned as an integrated community with more than 4,500 homes.

LEAD Development said it will present Jubail Island as a model of sustainable master planning focused on environmental considerations and lifestyle development. Reportage Group said it will showcase residential projects in the UAE and international markets, supported by what it described as a debt-free operating model.

How is Abu Dhabi's housing authority participating in ADIS 2026?

The Abu Dhabi Housing Authority said it will highlight digital housing services that let citizens select housing projects and residential units through a mobile application integrated with more than 36 government and private entities.

The authority is also developing more than 15 housing projects with over 25,000 residential units across Abu Dhabi. These will be presented through an augmented reality experience during the summit.

ADIO said it supports investor access to infrastructure opportunities through Abu Dhabi's public-private partnership framework. Etihad Rail joined as mobility partner, reflecting the summit's focus on transport infrastructure and regional connectivity.

What did ADPIC and developer CEOs say about the summit?

Maysarah Mahmoud Salim Eid, director-general of ADPIC, said the partners joining ADIS 2026 bring the capability, commitment and track record needed to support Abu Dhabi's urban development and growth.

Bill O'Regan, group CEO of Modon, said infrastructure development is essential for creating future-ready communities and supporting urban transformation. Adel Albreiki, CEO of Aldar Projects, said the summit provides a platform to highlight infrastructure's role in Abu Dhabi's development as a place to live, work and visit.

Carlos Wakim, CEO of Bloom Holding, said the company's participation reflects its role in supporting Abu Dhabi's long-term urban development plans through integrated communities.

Additional government and industry partners include Abu Dhabi Mobility, the Department of Municipalities and Transport, Environment Agency Abu Dhabi, Etihad Airways, Trojan Construction, SaaS Properties, Hassan Allam Holding, Hydropower, Sobha Realty and several regional construction firms.
