Dar Global and Trump Organization expand in Riyadh
This announcement coincides with the upcoming launch of Trump Tower Jeddah, their third joint venture
Dar Global, a luxury real estate developer, has unveiled plans for two new projects in Riyadh in collaboration with The Trump Organization, marking their fourth and fifth global partnerships.
This announcement coincides with the upcoming launch of Trump Tower Jeddah, their third joint venture, signaling a growing presence in Saudi Arabia, the largest economy in the Middle East.
The new ventures build on a decade-long partnership between Dar Global CEO Ziad El Chaar and The Trump Organization, which has already produced projects like Trump International Oman within the AIDA development.
Eric Trump, Executive Vice President of The Trump Organization, emphasized the enduring success of their past projects in Dubai, Jeddah, and Oman, stating that the new developments will set new benchmarks in luxury.
Ziad El Chaar expressed pride in expanding the partnership, highlighting the projects’ role in redefining luxury living in Riyadh and bolstering their position in the rapidly growing Saudi market.
Dar Global, which went public on the London Stock Exchange in February 2023, currently manages a $7.5 billion project portfolio across six countries, including the UAE, Oman, Qatar, the UK, Spain, and Saudi Arabia.
The company serves as the international arm of Saudi-based Dar Al Arkan, known for delivering over 15,000 residential units and managing assets worth $7.5 billion.
While no specific details about the scale, value, or timeline of the Riyadh projects were provided, the Trump-branded properties will be managed under a licensing agreement with The Trump Organization.
The agreement allows for the use of the Trump name and branding but specifies that The Trump Organization will not own, develop, or sell these properties.
