Dubai Future Forum opens its doors at the Museum of the Future

The 2024 Edition of the Dubai Future Forum continues to promote the highest quality thought leadership on foresight and futurism from around the globe.

The Dubai Future Forum 2024 has begun at the Museum of the Future. Running from November 19 to 20, the event brings together more than 2,500 experts from 100 countries and 150 speakers from around the world, along with representatives from 100 futurism organizations.

Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Forum will address a range of critical topics shaping the future. Mohammad Abdullah Al Gergawi, Minister of Cabinet Affairs and Managing Director of the Dubai Future Foundation, highlighted the Forum’s role in fostering global collaboration and developing solutions for the rapidly evolving world.

He said:

Dubai and the UAE have become a global hub for futurists passionate about shaping the future to explore transformative shifts, identify priorities, and raise recommendations to support decision-makers to ensure global readiness for future changes.

Key themes of this year's Dubai Future Forum

The event will cover five key areas:

  • Empowering Generations
  • Futuring Nature

November 19 sessions include discussions on space exploration with astronaut Sara Sabry and deep-sea technology with Professor Oussama Khatib. There will also be talks on time and its impact on the future, alongside keynotes by Dr. Parag Khanna and Dr. Jordan Nguyen, fexploring technology's role in shaping society.

The Forum provides an essential platform for thought leaders to address challenges and explore innovative solutions needed to prepare for the future.
