Dubai gears up for month-long fiesta to celebrate UAE's national spirit
Exciting activities are set to unfold throughout the city including fireworks, seasonal markets and promotions as part of the #ZayedAndRashid campaign
Under the guidance of H.H. Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, an exciting new campaign called #ZayedAndRashid has been launched to celebrate key national occasions in the UAE.
This initiative, introduced at a press conference held at the Government of Dubai Media Office, involves collaboration with 16 government, semi-government, and private sector entities.

Coinciding with UAE Flag Day and the 53rd Union Day, the campaign promises a month of festivities from November 3 to December 2, showcasing the emirate's cultural diversity and rich heritage.
What to expect
Cultural Celebrations
- Special events at Hatta Heritage Village to explore local history and culture.
- Activities in Al Fahidi Historical Neighbourhood reflecting Dubai's cultural heritage.
- Interactive performances at Al Shindagha Museum, UAE’s largest open-air heritage museum, showcasing life in old Dubai.
- Exhibitions and cultural events at the Etihad Museum, focusing on the history of the UAE's Union.
Concerts and Performances
- Union Symphony concert at Expo City Dubai, featuring Firdaus Orchestra and performances of Emirati national songs.
- Traditional Emirati performances and cultural shows at Al Wasl Plaza during the concert.
Fireworks
Spectacular fireworks at iconic locations including JBR Beach, Al Seef, Hatta, and Dubai Festival City Mall on December 2 and 3.

- Emirati-themed activities, local food, and retail experiences at seasonal markets like Beach Canteen, Ripe Market, and Winter Wonderland
