India proved to be a rising force in the Paralympics after concluding its most successful campaign with a medal tally of 29 in the 2024 Paris Games.

The country secured seven gold, nine silver, and 13 bronze medals to finish 18th overall on the medals table, marking its best-ever performance in the major event.

A total of 84 participants were representing India in the Paris Games which was their largest Paralympic contingent ever. In Tokyo 2020, the country had sent about 54 para-athletes.

India won medals across a range of disciplines, including archery, badminton, judo, and shooting but it was the track-and-field athletes that stole the show by contributing a total of 17 medals, including four golds, to the overall tally.

Here’s the list of all the athletes who secured gold for India.
