J1 Beach opens first of 13 luxury beachfront restaurants in Jumeirah
The upscale dining district replaces La Mer, a former mega tourist attraction, demolished in 2022.
J1 Beach, the new luxury development in Jumeirah replacing La Mer, has officially opened its first restaurant.
This beachfront dining destination will feature 13 internationally acclaimed restaurants and innovative concepts.
Gigi Rigoletto

The flagship restaurant, Gigi Rigoletto, spans 5,000 square feet and boasts a Mediterranean garden, private beach, pool, Bellini bar, pétanque court, two terraces, and a curated concept store.

J1 Beach is set to unveil Sirene by GAIA, the world’s largest beach club at 9,000 square feet, curated by Dubai-based Chef Izu Ani. The club will offer a 500-meter private beach and diverse dining experiences inspired by cities like Paris, London, and New York.
