K2 Airways victims’ families break silence over crash investigation

Nearly a month has passed since a K2 Airways cargo plane crashed into the sea near Ormara while flying from Sharjah to Karachi.

The aircraft's main wreckage, black box and the remains of the five crew members have still not been found. The victims' families allege that K2 Airways has failed to keep them informed since the accident. They claim the airline's CEO has not met any of the affected families, raising concerns about the company's response and communication.

Engineer Hamid's son, Asad, also claims that his father had previously identified a technical issue with the aircraft and that the scheduled inspection was later postponed. He says the family is demanding transparency and wants to know what led to the crash. Authorities say the investigation into the crash is ongoing, while efforts to locate the aircraft's wreckage and black box continue.
