The Organic Meat Company Limited (TOMCL) announced on Wednesday it has secured confirmed export orders worth USD 7.5 million for cooked and heat-treated frozen boneless beef to be exported to China during the financial year 2025-26.
According to a notification issued by the company to the Pakistan Stock Exchange, the deal underscores TOMCL’s compliance with China’s stringent sanitary and phytosanitary protocols as well as its ability to deliver fully cooked, export-grade halal beef that meets Chinese food safety standards.
The company said demand in China for ready-to-process halal protein solutions, particularly from food service and retail segments, has been rising.
It added that the new orders also reflect strengthening agricultural and food trade ties between Pakistan and China under the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC).
TOMCL said the order book will significantly enhance its export revenue visibility for FY26 and further strengthen customer confidence in its product integrity and operational standards.
The company called the deal another milestone in establishing itself as a regional leader in halal, value-added meat exports.
