SE Fruits and Vegetable Limited is preparing to list on the Pakistan Stock Exchange, becoming Pakistan's first publicly listed fresh fruit and vegetable exporter.

The company aims to raise between Rs1.2 billion and Rs1.9 billion through an initial public offering to support expansion, strengthen working capital, and boost exports.

What is SE Fruits and Vegetable Limited's Pakistan Stock Exchange IPO?

SE Fruits and Vegetable Limited plans to raise between Rs1.2 billion and Rs1.9 billion by offering 30 million shares at a price range of Rs40 to Rs64 each. The IPO will fund working capital, expand processing capacity, improve cold-chain infrastructure, and help the company meet growing international demand.

Headquartered in Sargodha, the centre of Pakistan's citrus industry, the company exports premium Kinnow, mangoes, and potatoes to customers across the Middle East, Central Asia, the Far East, Europe, and Australia. Its planned listing marks a milestone for both Pakistan's agricultural export industry and its capital markets.

How will the IPO proceeds be used?

The company plans to use the funds to strengthen working capital so it can procure larger volumes of seasonal crops. It also intends to expand processing capacity, enhance its cold-chain infrastructure, and improve its ability to fulfil rising demand from international buyers.

According to an official at Topline Securities, which is advising the IPO alongside Growth Securities, the listing will offer investors exposure to Pakistan's growing agricultural export sector while supporting value addition, exports, and broader economic growth.
