Pakistanis make billions of dollars through freelancing and the export of services. But receiving their hard-earned money is an agony.

There are limited payment options in Pakistan, and in the absence of global firms, a limited number of players have little incentive to facilitate users. Customers often complain about arbitrary surcharges and excessive exchange rates charged by payment companies.
