The widespread aerial assault was tracked and engaged across multiple operational sectors within hours of launch.

Coalition Joint Forces Command spokesperson Major General Turki al-Maliki stated that air defense networks operated continuously to engage the simultaneous incursions.
The multi-axis attack prompted Saudi Civil Defense to activate regional early warning platforms, advising residents in targeted sectors to take immediate shelter in interior rooms away from windows and balconies before declaring that the inbound threats were neutralized.
How does drone swarm threaten vital economic and urban infrastructure?
According to Al Arabiya, the coordinated swarm was directed toward both high-density civilian corridors and critical economic assets, including the capital city of Riyadh and the hydrocarbon-rich Eastern Province, which houses core Saudi Aramco refining, processing, and export complexes.
