The launch event, held in Lahore, demonstrated the company's focus on combining advanced technology with accessibility. The Zero 50 represents a significant upgrade in smartphone design, according to Sego. Featuring a curved bezel-less display, enhanced camera system, and modern aesthetic, the device aims to enhance user interaction with technology. During the event, Sego introduced its new mascot, xAI, intended to represent the company's technological vision. The mascot, featuring an interstellar theme, was presented alongside the Zero 50's Pakistan launch, highlighting the brand's expansion in the market.

The launch event was attended by several senior executives from Sego, including CEO Mr. Xianyu Ye and Product Management Director Mr. Chen Qiao, along with other company representatives. Their attendance underscored the company's international collaboration efforts.
