The group will take part through 500 Future Minds, one of the event’s eight core concepts. They will bring their experience and perspectives into a collaborative process. It is designed to identify future priorities, explore new ideas and develop commitments for the years ahead.
In a one-day experience, they will work through future scenarios relevant to their sectors. They will examine how emerging technologies and wider transformations could reshape their work. They will also identify priorities, ideas and commitments that can contribute to Dubai’s future.
What did Sheikh Hamdan say about the invitations?
Sheikh Hamdan said he wants the invitees to be partners in advancing Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid’s vision for Dubai. That vision places people at the heart of the emirate’s objectives and priorities. He also shared an image of a logo with the words “Dubai Shapers.”
He said Dubai believes shaping the future is a shared responsibility. He said it requires collective effort. The ultimate goal, he said, is to build a better future for humanity.
What is the theme of Dubai Future Week?
Dubai Future Week will run under the theme “For the Human of the Future.” It will bring together more than 10,000 participants.
The concept reflects the event’s human-centered approach. It explores the future through five questions: “How We’ll Live,” “How We’ll Think,” “How We’ll Innovate,” “How We’ll Feel” and “How We’ll Do Business.”
