Zannier Zardun will span four square kilometers in a semi-desert landscape, carefully restored to support local fauna and flora. With 100 rooms and suites across three distinct buildings, each designed to provide guests with immersive experiences, the resort aims to blend seamlessly into the natural surroundings, offering a tranquil environment for those seeking authenticity.

A key feature of the resort is its experience center, accessible via an underground passage leading to an observation deck with panoramic views of the landscape. This design element aims to create a deeper connection between visitors and their surroundings.
