Zannier Hotels, known for its environmentally-integrated designs, has partnered with NEOM to develop a luxury retreat in the coastal area, offering guests a peaceful escape.

Zannier Zardun will span four square kilometers in a semi-desert landscape, carefully restored to support local fauna and flora. With 100 rooms and suites across three distinct buildings, each designed to provide guests with immersive experiences, the resort aims to blend seamlessly into the natural surroundings, offering a tranquil environment for those seeking authenticity.

A key feature of the resort is its experience center, accessible via an underground passage leading to an observation deck with panoramic views of the landscape. This design element aims to create a deeper connection between visitors and their surroundings.

In addition to luxury accommodation, guests can engage in activities such as trekking, rock climbing, stargazing, and yoga. Educational programs on conservation and rewilding are also planned, emphasizing the resort's commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship.

Zannier Zardun, he said, exemplifies the merging of luxury and ecological preservation, with the resort’s design supporting the reintroduction of native species.
