What makes the version introduced by Ali Khan Tareen unique is that he himself is visually impaired, and so is the chef, Fizza Hussain, who prepares the meals for attendees.

Fizza not only cooks but also trains other visually impaired individuals on how to prepare meals, making this initiative even more inspiring.
