Afghan families who once found refuge in Pakistan are now homeless after a sweeping repatriation crackdown.

Among those stranded are refugees who were promised resettlement by the United Nations but have waited months without progress. When their visas expired, landlords evicted them and employers let them go.

With expired documents, no international support, and no safe place to turn, they remain stranded in Islamabad’s parks under open skies.
