Cristiano Ronaldo and his Al Nassr teammates are playing in Dubai tonight
Following a last minute venue change by Asian Football Federation
Arguably the most famous footballer in the world, Cristiano Ronaldo will be kicking things off in Dubai tonight.
The Al Nassr player, along with his teammates, will be facing Iran's Esteghal, following a last-minute change in venue due to safety concerns. The home match for Esteghal was originally meant to be played in Tehran but Asian Football Federation decided to move it because of unrest in the region.
The game is part of the Asian Champions League, featuring 12 of the top teams from West Asia competing in a single large group to secure a spot in the next round of the tournament.

After eight matches, the top eight teams will advance to the knockout stage, where the best team from the West will eventually face the best team from the East in the final.
The match is scheduled to take place at Dubai's Rashid Stadium at 8:00PM. Good luck snagging tickets though; at least on Platinum List, they're sold out already.
