Giorgio Armani has partnered with RAK Properties and the UAE-based SIE Group to launch a new residential development in Ras Al Khaimah. The project, Armani Beach Residences Ras Al Khaimah, will be situated on Raha Island within the Mina Al Arab district and will feature the world's first Armani-branded villas, according to a statement from RAK Properties.

The development will consist of a limited number of beachfront villas and luxury apartments, all offering direct private beach access and views of the Arabian Gulf. The residences are being designed by Giorgio Armani and his team, drawing from his design philosophy and residential experience.

The project aims to integrate with the surrounding natural environment, which includes coastal habitats home to species such as turtles, dolphins, and flamingos. The site is situated near Jebel Jais, the UAE’s highest mountain, and is part of Ras Al Khaimah’s effort to position itself as a destination for luxury real estate and eco-conscious development.

According to Giorgio Armani, the venture allows him to bring the approach of haute couture, emphasizing unique materials and tailored details, into residential architecture. “The villas developed in collaboration with RAK Properties represent an important milestone in this journey and are even more significant because they are designed to integrate into the evocative surrounding marine landscape,” Armani said in a statement.

RAK Properties CEO Sameh Muhtadi said the project reflects the emirate’s growing ambition in the high-end property market. “This development will not only set new standards for elevated living in the emirate, but will deliver lasting value and create an unparalleled lifestyle experience within Mina,” he said.

The announcement comes during the 25th anniversary of the Armani/Casa line and the 50th anniversary of the Armani brand. The project also aligns with Ras Al Khaimah’s Vision 2030 strategy, which seeks to advance the emirate’s economic, social, and environmental development goals.
