Majority of luxury villa plots replacing 'The Pointe' nearly sold out on Palm Jumeirah
The Pointe makes way for 'The Palm Crown' villa plots, transforming the top of Palm Jumeirah into an ultra-luxury suburb.
Nearly all of the plots for upcoming luxury villas in The Palm Crown, a highly-anticipated development replacing The Pointe, have been sold, according to a report by Albayan. The Palm Crown is a mixed-use district on Palm Jumeirah, currently in the planning stage with construction yet to begin.
The project consists of 58 luxury villa plots divided into two groups:
- Crown Gardens: 40 plots for luxury villas and palaces without sea view, sold out last year at prices starting from AED 25 million.
- Crown Views: 18 plots with direct sea view, ranging from 10,000 to 15,177 square feet.
As of now, 15 out of 18 sea-view plots have been sold at prices ranging from AED 85 million to AED 110 million, leaving only three plots remaining.

Redevelopment of The Pointe
The Pointe initially opened in December 2018, featuring a cinema, dancing fountains, and various dining options. However, in May 2023, Nakheel announced plans to redevelop the area, leading to the creation of The Palm Crown. As The Palm Crown takes shape, it promises to redefine luxury living on Palm Jumeirah.
