Military funeral held for UAE servicemen who passed away while on duty in country
Defence minister and crown price Sheikh Hamdan visits injured servicemen, office condolences for fallen martyrs.
A military funeral was held on Wednesday at Zayed Military Hospital in Abu Dhabi for four Emirati servicemen who passed away in an accident while on duty in the country, WAM reported.
The martyred soldiers, identified as Ahmed Mohamed Rashid Al Shehhi, Nahyan Abdullah Ahmed Al Marzouqi, Abdulaziz Saeed Al Teneiji, and Nasser Mohammed Yousof Al Baloushi, were honored in a ceremony attended by senior officials from the Ministry of Defence, alongside grieving family members and relatives.
On Wednesday, the Ministry of Defence announced the deaths of four servicemen in an accident while on duty in the country. Nine others were injured in the incident.
Crown prince visits injured servicemen
Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum visited the UAE Armed Forces servicemen at Zayed Military Hospital in Abu Dhabi.

He checked on their health, spoke with them, and wished them a speedy recovery.
During his visit, Sheikh Hamdan also met with the medical team overseeing the soldiers' care and was briefed on their injuries and treatment plans.
He extended his condolences to the families of the four martyred servicemen.
