Neymar now owns a AED 200M penthouse in Dubai’s Bugatti Residences

Brazilian football icon Neymar Jr. has joined the elite circle of luxury homeowners in Dubai with his acquisition of a spectacular AED 200 million penthouse at the prestigious Bugatti Residences by Binghatti.

Neymar’s new home is part of the coveted Sky Mansion collection, which is located in Business Bay and consists of 182 uniquely designed residences.

The property includes amenities such as a private car elevator, enabling residents to park their vehicles directly within their penthouses. Adding to the it, is a private swimming pool with sweeping views of Downtown Dubai.

Since its launch, Bugatti Residences has made waves in the real estate market, recording a staggering AED 9,674 per square foot last November.
