Pakistan's total liquid foreign reserves have risen to $15.96 billion as of November 8, marking the highest level since April 2022, according to data released by the central bank on Thursday.

The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) reported an increase of $84 million in its foreign reserves, bringing the total to $11.29 billion.

The central bank's foreign exchange reserves have reached to almost two-month import bill cover.

Meanwhile, net foreign reserves held by commercial banks climbed to $4.71 billion.

In the previous week, SBP foreign exchange reserves increased by $18 million.
