2. Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC)
JVC secures second place with 78 points and leads in global search interest, boasting 340,000 monthly searches.

3. Dubai Marina
With 76 points, Dubai Marina takes third place. It records 59,000 global monthly searches and saw a 20.4% quarter-to-quarter increase in property sales during 2024.

4. Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR)
Ranked fourth with 70 points, JBR generates 33,100 monthly global searches, maintaining strong appeal among residents and investors.

5. Jebel Ali, Dubai South, Dubai Creek Harbour, Al Barsha, and Barsha Heights (tie)
Five areas share fifth place, each scoring 69 points. Jebel Ali and Dubai South saw a 54% quarter-to-quarter increase in home sales in 2024, while Dubai Creek Harbour continues to attract attention with 18,000 monthly searches within the UAE.
