The United Arab Emirates has dispatched 300 tonnes of humanitarian aid for newborns in Gaza under Operation Chivalrous Knight 3, reinforcing its commitment to supporting civilians affected by the ongoing crisis, reported WAM.
The relief effort was carried out under the directives of H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, with oversight from Sheikh Ahmed bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Chairman of the Saqr Bin Mohammed Al Qasimi Charity and Humanitarian Foundation, reported Dubai Eye.
The aid package includes essential medical and nutritional supplies aimed at ensuring comprehensive healthcare for infants in Gaza.
This initiative is part of the UAE’s broader humanitarian efforts, which have included food deliveries, medical aid, and the establishment of field hospitals.
Since the escalation of violence, the UAE has scaled up emergency assistance to Gaza, positioning itself as a key contributor to global humanitarian relief efforts.
Operation Chivalrous Knight 3 continues to play a critical role in delivering life-saving supplies to the war-torn enclave.
