BT Properties DWC LLC launched its new head office in Dubai on Friday, solidifying its position as a global leader in the real estate sector.

This expansion marks a pivotal moment in the company’s journey, bringing its legacy of luxury, innovation, and large-scale urban development to one of the fastest-growing real estate markets in the world.

This also marks a new era for Pakistan’s real estate industry, as the company became the first from the country to launch a major international project in Dubai.

BT Properties is an international extension of Bahria Town, Asia’s largest private real estate developer, renowned for its groundbreaking contributions to modern city planning.

The grand opening ceremony featured a ribbon-cutting by Chairman Malik Riaz Hussain, symbolizing the beginning of an exciting new chapter for the company. Also present at the occasion were Ahmed Ali Riaz Malik, Group CEO, Shahid Mehmood Qureshi, Head of Global Sales, along with other company team members, industry leaders, key brokers, investors and prominent dignitaries.

Last month, BT Properties signed an agreement with Dubai South for the development of a gated-master community within Dubai South’s Golf District.

At the grand launch of the new head office, Chairman Malik Riaz Hussain and Group CEO Ahmed Ali Riaz Malik shared the ambitious vision for the company’s future in the UAE and beyond.

Talking to Nukta, he also said Dubai was one of the best cities in the world.

“I have been coming to Dubai for the last 20 years and have always thought of doing something here. Now we have gotten the opportunity and we will do our best to do a great job,” he said.

“Dubai is the best city in the world. It has the best facilities as well as a huge tourism industry. This is the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed and Allah has given it a success and it will go even further,” he added.

Malik Riaz Hussain also emphasized BT Properties’ commitment to excellence.

“We will thrive to provide facilities which are better than anything that is there already and do a better job than whatever has been done before.”

Ali Riaz Malik also echoed these sentiments, emphasizing the company’s legacy of delivering exceptional developments over the past 30 years.

He said the company has a proven history of creating world-class projects, and with this new venture, we will set even higher benchmarks. The quality of this project will distinguish it from others and redefine luxury living in Dubai, he added.

“It will be a gated community with all the things a person needs in his life everyday. We will have schools, hospitals, parks, villas, townhouses, apartments, penthouses, you name it and we will have it,” he said.

“We will make the biggest mosque in Dubai South which will be a replica of the Blue Mosque in Istanbul.”
