Dubai Land Department (DLD) has launched a new real estate alliance to support its ‘Real Estate i’ promotion strategy, aimed at elevating Dubai’s position as a global investment destination, according to a press release seen by Nukta.

The initiative includes memoranda of cooperation with four major developers: Danube Properties, Imtiaz Developments, MAG Lifestyle Development, and Fakhruddin Properties Development.

Agreements were signed by Marwan Ahmed Bin Ghalita, Director General of DLD, with Rizwan Sajan (Danube Group) and Masih Imtiaz (Imtiaz Developments), while Majida Ali Rashid, CEO of DLD’s Real Estate Development Sector, signed with Talal Moafaq Al Gaddah (MAG) and Youssef Fakhruddin (Fakhruddin Properties).

“This strategic collaboration underscores the private sector’s trust in Dubai’s vision,” said Bin Ghalita. “It will create new investment opportunities and highlight the emirate’s diverse real estate landscape — spanning residential, commercial, hospitality, industrial, education, and tech sectors.”

The initiative supports Dubai’s Real Estate Strategy 2033 and strengthens public-private partnerships to drive economic growth, attract foreign direct investment, and diversify real estate offerings.

Majida Ali Rashid added that the partnership will amplify Dubai’s global competitiveness through international events, data sharing, and promotional campaigns across media and social platforms. Developers will provide accurate, transparent project data and offer exclusive incentives for international investors, including flexible payment plans and investment benefits, in line with DLD standards.
