Dubai sets stage for future leaders with 'Mohammed Bin Rashid Leadership Forum'
Second edition of the Forum will be held from September 24-25, 2025
Crown Prince of Dubai and Deputy Vice president of the UAE Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum has announced the establishment of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Leadership Forum as an annual event. The decision comes on the heels of a successful inaugural forum attended by UAE Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.

Set to take place from September 24 to September 225, 2025, the second edition of the Forum, organized by the Mohammed Bin Rashid Centre for Leadership Development, promises to gather influential leaders from diverse fields alongside global experts.
Sheikh Hamdan articulated the significance of the Forum, stating it reflects Sheikh Mohammed’s visionary ambition to equip leaders with the skills to turn challenges into opportunities.

Mohammad bin Abdullah Al Gergawi, the chairman of the Executive Office of Sheikh Mohammed and the Mohammed Bin Rashid Centre for Leadership Development, highlighted the event's alignment with Sheikh Mohammed’s principles of strategic thinking and proactive leadership.
He pointed out that the Forum underscores the importance of comprehensive development and citizen welfare, preparing leaders to tackle present challenges and future responsibilities.

The annual gathering is poised to become a cornerstone for top-level leaders in Dubai, fostering an exchange of innovative ideas through discussions, workshops, and lectures led by renowned international experts.
Celebrating its 20th anniversary, the Mohammed Bin Rashid Centre for Leadership Development has a proven track record, having graduated over 850 Emirati leaders, including seven ministers and 10 under-secretaries. The Centre has established partnerships with more than 300 local and global experts, alongside 55 international universities, to deliver cutting-edge leadership training programs aimed at nurturing adaptability and informed decision-making for future challenges.
