India's Zee Studios and Shakti Sagar Productions have released a teaser for Fateh, Bollywood actor Sonu Sood’s directorial debut. Addressing digital security and online fraud, Fateh follows a former special ops agent dismantling a cybercrime syndicate, highlighting the unseen dangers of the digital world.

Fateh seems to channel Bollywood’s take on the John Wick-style action genre, with high-octane sequences and escalating violence. It follows Varun Dhawan's upcoming Baby John in the trend of intense action thrillers.

Sood not only directs but also stars in the lead role, joined by Jacqueline Fernandez (Race 3), Vijay Raaz (Gully Boy), and Naseeruddin Shah (A Wednesday).

Hollywood heavyweights, including Federico Berte (Cobra Kai), Filip Ciprian Florian (The Woman King), and Lee Whittaker (Captain Marvel), bring the film's action to life and promise stunning, visually gripping sequences.

Sood, known for his roles in Dabangg and Simmba, became a real-life hero during the COVID-19 crisis, arranging transport and medical aid for migrant workers. With Fateh, he blends his off-screen reputation with an on-screen mission to tackle pressing real-life issues like digital security and online fraud.

The film, which will be released theatrically on January 10, 2025, marks an important milestone in Sonu Sood's career as a filmmaker. Sood launched promotions on the social media, calling the film incredibly close to his heart.
