The Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation has launched a new initiative to help 6,000 students from low-income families in Abu Dhabi by covering overdue school fees. The "Together for Education" campaign, run in partnership with the Authority of Social Contribution – Ma’an, aims to ensure that students can continue their education despite financial difficulties.

The campaign, which runs from 16 September to 15 October, seeks to raise AED 100 million through donations from individuals and corporations. The funds will go towards covering school fees, providing essential school supplies, and supporting operational costs for eligible schools.

Under the theme "Equipping Minds, Shaping Futures," the campaign's goal is to enable students to remain in school and continue their educational journeys, ultimately empowering them to build brighter futures for themselves and their communities.

The initiative is part of the UAE’s ongoing efforts to address educational inequalities and ensure that every student has access to quality education.

Mohamed Haji Al-Khoury, director general of the Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation said:

"The 'Together for Education' campaign aligns with our mission of promoting social solidarity within the UAE community."
How can you contribute?

The campaign offers four easy channels for contributions, including Ma’an’s online platform, ATMs, bank deposits to the official account at First Abu Dhabi Bank, and contribution kiosks located in shopping malls. Contributions will be directed towards covering school fees, operational costs, and other educational needs.

Applications for support can be submitted via Ma’an’s official website, with federal and local entities assisting in identifying eligible beneficiaries.
