In an exciting new venture, the Trump Organization, in collaboration with Saudi-owned developer Dar Global, has revealed plans to construct a luxurious Trump Tower in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Marking their first major project in the Kingdom.

The agreement, finalized by Eric Trump and Donald Trump Jr., sons of the former U.S. president Donald Trump, was signed earlier this week.

“We are thrilled to expand our footprint in the Middle East and bring the Trump standard of luxury to the region through our long-standing relationship with Dar Global,” Eric Trump, executive vice president of the company, said in a statement.

Dar Global emphasized in their press release that the Jeddah tower will cater to the luxury Saudi Arabian market and international investors seeking premier real estate opportunities.

The announcement of the residential high-rise tower follows the unveiling of a $500 million Trump International hotel complex in the neighboring Sultanate of Oman, slated to welcome guests in December 2028.

Saudi Arabia’s real estate sector is projected to experience significant growth in the coming years; it is estimated at $69.51 billion in 2024 and is expected to reach $101.61 billion by 2029.

This rapidly growing market presents a lucrative opportunity for high-end developments like the Trump Tower, making it a timely and strategic addition to the Kingdom's skyline.
