The Dubai Centre for Artificial Intelligence (DCAI) has launched applications for the second cycle of its “Future of AI in Government Services Accelerator,” inviting global tech innovators to co-develop advanced AI solutions with more than 20 government entities.

Run in partnership with Dubai Future Accelerators, part of the Dubai Future Foundation, the programme is a key initiative under the Dubai Universal Blueprint for Artificial Intelligence, which seeks to position the emirate as the world’s largest hub for AI innovation across sectors.

This year’s accelerator will focus on four priorities:

  • Personalising and enhancing existing public services
  • Creating new AI-powered solutions for previously unsolved challenges
  • Improving operational efficiency in daily government processes
  • Expanding accessibility for all segments of society

Selected companies will work directly with senior government officials, receive mentorship from AI experts, and pilot their solutions in real-world settings. The programme takes no equity, allowing participants to retain full ownership of their technology.

The eight-week residency will take place from October 6 to November 28, 2025, with travel and accommodation expenses fully covered.

In its first cycle, the accelerator attracted 615 AI companies from 55 countries, generating 183 AI use cases — 75 of which have already been piloted.

“The programme is designed to spark innovative uses of AI, helping government entities position Dubai among the world’s top cities for agile, AI-powered public services,” said Saeed Al Falasi, Executive Director of DCAI. “Our goal is to create seamless, intelligent experiences that enhance quality of life, making Dubai the happiest city in the world.”
