I have almost 20 years of experience in print, radio, and TV media. I started my career with "Daily Jang" after which I got the opportunity to work in FM 103, Radio Pakistan, News One, Ab Tak News, Dawn News TV, Dunya News, 92 News and regional channels Rohi TV, Apna Channel and Sach TV where I worked and gained experience in different areas of all three mediums. My journey from reporting to news anchor in these organisations was excellent. Now, I am working as a correspondent with Nukta in Islamabad, where I get the opportunity of in-depth journalism and storytelling while I am now covering parliamentary affairs, politics, and technology.

Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has commenced an official three-country tour, starting with Saudi Arabia and continuing to the United Kingdom and the United States.

The visit aims to review bilateral relations, engage with the Pakistani diaspora and participate in international forums, while also discussing political, economic, and strategic priorities with global partners.

PM Sharif arrived in Riyadh on Wednesday at the invitation of Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman. He was received at King Khalid International Airport with a 21-gun salute, a guard of honor, and a formal welcome ceremony featuring senior Saudi and Pakistani officials.

Riyadh was adorned with Pakistan’s national flags to mark the occasion. The Prime Minister met the Crown Prince at Al-Yamamah Palace for bilateral talks covering political, economic, investment, defense, and cultural cooperation, as well as regional and global issues of mutual interest.

Following his one-day stay in Saudi Arabia, the premier will travel to London for a two-day visit. In the UK, he is expected to hold a key meeting with his elder brother, former prime minister Nawaz Sharif, alongside senior PML-N leaders and influential social figures.

The discussions are likely to focus on Pakistan’s political situation, government affairs, party strategy, and organizational matters. PM Sharif will also meet members of the Pakistani business community, attending a dinner where he and other dignitaries, including Chief of Army Staff Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, will address investment opportunities, economic recovery and the role of overseas Pakistanis.

After London, the premier will proceed to the United States to attend the United Nations General Assembly, delivering a speech and holding sideline meetings with global leaders.

Following his US engagements, he will return briefly to London before concluding his tour and returning to Pakistan.

The three-nation itinerary highlights Pakistan’s ongoing efforts to strengthen international relations, connect with its diaspora, and advance economic and diplomatic objectives.
