Dr. Qudsia’s enduring love story transcends time and loss.
After marrying the love of her life in 1956 and waiting seven years, she tragically lost him just 12 days later to cardiac arrest.
Devastated, she channeled her grief into founding the Shaukat Omer Memorial Hospital in his name, calling it her ‘child.’
Never remarrying, she dedicated her life to her hospital, which was adopted by Fauji Foundation in 1979. After her passing in 2021, they created the Dr. Qudsia Corner to preserve her legacy.
